Help Find Missing People and Lost Pets Faster. NFound is a nonprofit lost and found platform that helps families, caregivers, and communities reunite missing people and lost pets. Create an alert in under one minute, scan a QR or NFC tag, share real-time location, and instantly connect finders with families — without confusion or delays.
NFound Samaritan Project is a social support initiative.The organization combines technology and compassion.The goal is to reunite missing people with their families.It also helps find lost pets.Pets can return to their owners faster.In addition, it helps recover lost items.The NFound app is used for this purpose.The NFound platform is also used.
We:
• create and maintain the NFound app, which helps quickly find missing people and pets, as well as lost items, using the community and a map.
• use technologies such as QR codes and a tag system to identify those who have been found.
• allow the community to post information about missing and found individuals, pets, and items, increasing the chances of a fast reunion.
• strengthen our infrastructure and engage volunteers to expand our mission.
Our services are intended for:
• families and pet owners who have lost a pet;
• families and caregivers of vulnerable individuals (for example, those with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease) who may go missing;
• people who find missing individuals, pets, or lost items and want to help return them to their families or owners;
• communities and volunteers who want to take part in search efforts and support when someone goes missing.
